If someone wants a valve stem extender, or cat's eye pressure balancer, or something similar, they make the buyer sign on the purchase order that the tire service is not responsible for any problems that arise.
So you just take them off before the tire guy arrives. They would not be responsible anyway for something you put on, or want on your tire's valve stem!!!

They also have extender
stabilizers. But I don't know if they fit your wheel covers or not.
