Valve Extensions for 19.5" Dual Tires

I think he is talking about installing the hard extenders not the hose type. They are all one piece just longer run about 120.00

If applied correctly...you'll get the same accuracy as having your inflation gauge right on the valve stem.

I used Pete's Tire, Google to determine one close to you.

Any tire shop should be able to do it as 19.5 fit on the tire changers. Allen tire did mine.
