Vanity sink drains into black tank
Curious here, Just realized that one of our vanity/bathroom sinks drain into the black tank. Pulled out the Manual and it appears to have been an option. Not a problem now that I know when dry campin...

Our Travel Supreme has this option. I find no advantage whatsoever to dumping the sink into the black tank. I actually wish it didn't do that since I need to dump the black more often, while the gray is left open during FHU.
If all you do is weekend or week camping then it is no big deal. We'll setup for a couple of months during the winter in a FHU park. Would be nice to be able to run the bathroom sink without conserving water.
IMO that poo pyramid occurs mostly to those that have a leaking black waste tank valve. They're connected to the sewer, and never realize that they are slowly loosing fluid leaving only the solids behind.
