I have a 2006 E450 and lost the drivers side mirror. I had to go back to the RV mfg and NOT ford since the RV mfc adds the mirrors. I had to order the mirror and did in fact replace it myself. If your handy and follow directions, you should be able to replace. Google 'how to replace the mirror and you will get all kinds of instr. and possibly even video.
