We had the exact same problem on our 2005 Itasca - discolored mirror casings.
I called them and they sent right to my door two new mirror assemblies. They paid the freight. They did not want the old mirror assemblies back. This whole transaction took place over the phone within a few minutes. They took my word for it that I was the original owner. As far as they knew I was a complete stranger calling from Timbuktu
This was the second from the top of the best customer service situations I've ever had .... "superb" does not adequately describe the experience! :C
