After taking another look at the mirror I forget my previous post because there is no way to weld that piece back on.
Here is what I am thinking I have been on velvacs sight and found that they have a different model mirror the 2020xg I like it because it is supported on the door bracket at the top and the bottom. So, I can not see me having an issue with ti falling off unlike the type that is on there now. So, I think I am going to go with these mirrors.
My only question is that they do get pretty expensive and I really do not need the heated or motorized part of the mirrors. So I was thinking of getting a plain manual of the new 2020xg my only concern is that they will not have the turn signal light on the bottom of it. Since it is for 102 inch wide is a turn signal necessary on the mirrors?
