Thank you very much. I did call back and got another person who told me the same thing. Probably looked at the file record I thought. The chat is a good idea. They did say the policy has changed recently but no could tell me when. This was such a shock as I had always been treated very well. Maybe here in west Texas they have a trouble coverage area.
