Suspect a mix up back at Fleetwood when the stickers were going in. Probably an 08 Bounder out in the world built on a Work Horse with no interior VIN stickers. What you really need to check is which VIN the title and registration is tied too.
Vehicle history reports as recorded by the various data basing services will be very limited concerning an RV. Pretty rare for a service center to be a subscriber to the service. At best you might find registration details or insurance related claims.
