Wabco 1200 air dryer cartridge question
Does anyone know for sure(without guessing or just personal opinion) If a Wabco 1200 series air dryer cartridge goes bad based on time but not mileage?? 29000 miles but 10 years old; never if hardly...

When you compress air, it raises the dew point (holds more moisture) so the filter pulls that moisture off no matter what the ambient humidity is.

Not an opinion at all. Fact. I drove and owned a number of over the road trucks and SOP was dryer cartridge replacement. It's very important to pull out the entrained moisture or it will gum up your works down line.
yes thanks very much and understood but only 29K miles;;; I know my last MH I changed it at 40K miles and after 8 years and the system looked like new that's why iam asking for real life experience and opinions;; what was the mileage on your filters as you were changing them>/?
