in your situation (with 9yr old twins) i say take the toad
but we have been full time for 16 yrs
and our toad has only (2) wheels
but we are retired, kids all grown, live in another part of the country
yes i have ridden in 100+ and in the rain, in the rain a lot when traveling in the midwest
