Desert Shores is unique in that you can have a very nice coach-house with a pool and a garage for your car (individually owned lots).
Just down the street is the Motorcoach Country Club which is also very nice. The coach-houses are smaller and it seems to be a more active park (parties, socializing, etc.). We know a couple of people that own at MCC.
We go to Las Vegas 2 or 3 times a year staying the Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort, very nice place and just about 4 miles from the strip. We have been going to LVMR for at least 10 yrs.
