Read the "price quote" you signed. It should/may bind you to an agreed price. That is not a purchase contract or bill of sale. Read what you signed. If not a commitment to purchase and only a commitment to the price should you purchase I see where you are not obligated to purchase.
This is my opinion based on not seeing what you signed. Without signing a a purchase contract and finance and title docents my feeling is you just have a confirmed price should you purchase. Always best to call DMV, Bank, or attorney.
I would tell dealer sorry changed my mind, but should I decide to purchase I would contact them first. Did you give them any money?
