Carefully read the "Quote" you signed. It doesn't t matter to the dealer if you have bank approval or not, even if it was through their financing or not, unless...your contract says that the sale is dependent of financing. Also, look at the quote itself. Was it written on an agreement to purchase form, or was it just written on regular paper with no heading? Did you give them money?
