I was on the phone with him for 35 minutes this morning explaining my wife might get laid off but he did not seem to care. Right now he is trying to get us both in to "figure" this out. His suggestion is we put less money down so we have money to cover the payments in case my wife gets laid off. Very thoughtful guy!
I am going to wait until I talk to an attorney. I know the dealer wants to get us to sign other documents and solidify this deal so I want to get some legal advice first. I already said deal cancelled give me my check back and he said no too late you are stuck!
Very wise. At the risk of having this thread closed, listening to professional advice is the best thing here. Am crossing fingers that all goes well.
