How much of a deposit did you put down? That's about all you can lose I would think.
I would suspect the contract has been written by attorneys, to the advantage of the seller. (probably is not the first time this has come up for them)
End of the day, it comes down to how much money the dealer is willing to spend to try and enforce the contract. So, maybe a little hard to break.
Both parties can lawyer up. And spent thousands each, But I hope at the end of the day a compromise can be reached
Letter from your attorney is a step in the right direction I would think to reach such a compromise
