I've talked to some of these dealers and asked what they are held liable for and/or disclosure where these used RV's come from and previous damage. Guess what they are not. They do not have to follow the strict rules that are in place for auto dealers. The person I talked to said often will buy up burned up, water damaged, totaled, etc RV's from the auctions. Detail and repair them and out they go on the lot.
On the other hand though. If the previous owner did the bleaching to cover up the mold and water damage the dealer may not have known about the condition of the under layment.
