BTW, I posted it here hoping that someone interested in buying it will find my post.
Also, Clicky, one of the reasons, I Insisted on getting it inspected.
Rethinking it now, I realize they were trying to sell it very quickly before the mold really set in.
Someone came back from a rental with the water leak, and they put it on the lot right away. They probably charged the renter a lot of money for the damage as well.
