You are going into this knowing it's a project. So, take your time and assess the condition before taking action.
Etenabond and Dicore Self Leveling Lap Sealant are excellent products for sealing the roof.
A small leak can cause a lot of damage if not repaired. You want to eliminate leaks before doing any interior work.
You will probably need tires. RV tires usually age out before they wear out. Many replace tires between 6-10 years.
