When you get around to redoing the interior you should watch Craigslist. There are tons of people that change interior amenities on brand new units just as much as older ones. You can buy brand new sofas, dinettes, etc. for a fraction of the cost and they’ve never been used.

You may also want to consider adding solar to the wish list. It would be great to have for dry camping down the road. Good luck.
