Washer Dryer Breaker Keeps Triping
My Washer Dryer breaker wont stay on. I keeps tripping after re set in about seven seconds, makes no difference weather the washer is plugged in or not. Any advice

You have a short inside the junction box where you plug the washer in. Open the box with the BREAKER OFF, and check the wiring. Chances are one of the wires has come loose. Check for burnt areas around the receptacle. Replace if necessary. A regular household duplex plug from Home Depot will work.....Don't forget to turn the breaker back on after replacing/repairing the plug.....Dennis
