If it is not spinning at all on the regular wash cycle then you have, depending on how it works (I do not have one to check) one of two issues.
Most likely it is a contact on the timer switch or a relay on the control board. (or a bad control board) depending on if it's electronic or mechanical control.
Could be a bad 2-speed motor. One speed (high) out. However I seriously doubt that.
