Washer Splendide 2000 will not spin on Regular cycle.

Washer is not spinning properly and clothes are wet when wash is finished.....I used the other 2 wash cycles and they are permanent press and dedicates and do not spin as hard as regular cycle.In turn...

OK guys.... I got a new washer at a great price on Ebay.......The old washer seems like it is attached to the wood floor of the cabinet....This is a Monaco Windsor 2001.....Is it bolted to the floor of this washer cabinet and is there anyway to get that washer out with out to much trouble?????
