Washer Splendide 2000 will not spin on Regular cycle.

Washer is not spinning properly and clothes are wet when wash is finished.....I used the other 2 wash cycles and they are permanent press and dedicates and do not spin as hard as regular cycle.In turn...

I have not seen one bolted to the floor. They are generally very hard to maneuver in and out but there should only be moldings in and around the washer that holds it in place.
