Washer drain going to black tank although not ideal it is most likely due to plumbing arrangement and the idea that more water in black tank is a good thing.
I would be more concerned in WHY tank pressurized............that means tank vent is blocked. Either because it has fallen down and bottom is under water and can't vent OR something (birds nest etc) is in vent pipe obstructing it.

And WHY do yo HAVE to have grey tank drain valve open?
Just a word of caution:
NEVER leave your black tank drain open or you will end up with a POOP Pyramid. Not fun.....hard to get rid of
(ever look down into a vault toilet/an outhouse............huge pile of poop---that is what you would see thru your toilet)
