I'm thinking about throwing the tent in the back of the toad and doing a solo trip around the Olympic Peninsula this summer,possibly in August. There are a number of campgrounds that really lend themselves to that. It is amazing that some of these cgs have had room made for a camp host in a 35'-40' rig and not other sites.

The DW decided about 20 years ago that tenting wasn't for her.We went from a tent to an 8' Starcraft p/u,14 Coachman p/u,Wilderness 27X TT,Cougar 304 BHS TT and now the Tradewinds LTC. Started with a Jeep Cherokee and woundup with an '01 PSD Excursion and of all of them I really miss the Excursion.
