Washington State possible new taxes on MH & TT's

I would love to see them put a tax on bottled water here. Or at least something like a reasonable sized deposit on the bottle. Somewhere around a dollar a bottle would be nice. It would solve a lot of plastic pollution problems. There would never be a water bottle in a landfill or ocean again.
