Washington State possible new taxes on MH & TT's

In traveling across the country, I am always puzzled as to what WA does with its tax revenues. Other states, with much lower fuel tax, have much nicer roads and their state parks are moderately priced and better maintained. I was shocked to see camping fees of $42 a night :E at Yakima Sportsman state park this year.
