Washington State possible new taxes on MH & TT's

I read this morning in the Kitsap Sun that Gov. Jay Inslee is considering a new tax hike on motorhomes and travel trailers and bottled water to help pay for Washington State Parks. Inslee will cast his deciding vote in 60+ days (Dec.) from a Washington State outdoor recreation blue ribbon committee. Just a heads up on what may happen! The article also said these taxes were repelled in 2001. The taxpayers have spoken, but they don't care!

    Take a look at the whole report. Lots of good stuff in here that would be good to see come to fruitíon. State Parks have been starved for funding for years. The money has to come from somewhere. Personally, I will gladly pay it on my upcoming motorhome purchase, if it's enacted by then.
