- mightykandyExplorerThank you all for the feedback
Took it to RV service today (upon multiple requests got an appointment otherwise 3 weeks out).
The dripping below the fridge area next to the propoane tank was the grey water tank crack :-(
The tech initially thought it was the Fridge defrost drain hose and he opened up and checked that tube and it was in a different area and there was no evidence of water leak.
Now the grey water tank is patched using a "plastic tank and radiator repair kit". Hopefully this stops the leak now.
The leak in the hot water panel area was that the water let out stopper has cracked and he tried to take it out but it broke. Ended up cutting it out and then replace. - 2oldmanExplorer IIWhat is a hot potato area?
- Executive45Explorer IIIDrain tube is plugged up. When the fridge defrosts, the water accumulates in the tray on the inside of the fridge. From there it dribbles out into the tray in the outside fridge compartment. It's then supposed to drain out thru the hose to the outside. Remove and/or flush both lines and your 'issue' will go away. - Normal as long as it's coming from the drain tube that should be directed out the side vent?
If the vent tube is not dripping outside the trailer, then I'd start checking where it is dripping from...
If it's dripping on any structure parts of the trailer, that's not right..
Good luck!
Mitch - Most likely condensation from the fridge and nothing to worry about.
- mightykandyExplorerI took a video of the leak from the bottom..I see a round tank and next to it is a rectangular tray kind of an object. The water is leaking near a corner of the rectangular tank.
Not able to upload the link here.
The water dripping from the hot potato area has ceased now.
