Agreed, I do the same. With all faucets open, air takes path of least resistance (first valve(s) to blow open). Open one at a time and you know you're blowing each one clear, with low pressure. This method has the added benefit of being able to carry a small compressor that does the job for unanticipated freezes while on the road.
