Water in Toilet
Do you leave a little Water in the toilet to keep the seal lubricated, is this a good idea. I also heard RV Antifreeze is even better.

Yes I do, but take what I do with a grain of salt. I don't leave the water in to lube the seal but to stop any odors coming up from the holding tank. Kind of like a trap under a sink:E - I keep water in the toilet during the warmer months and RV antifreeze during the winter.
Some pour a little 303 Protectant in the toilet to lube seal.
