Your water may be coming from the bottom of your windshield. Winnebagoes are known to have rust around the windshield due to water getting in around the rubber moulding on the outside of the windshield. Try putting some black moisture resistant tape around the top of the rubber moulding next to the glass on the bottom of the windshield and check for wet carpet after the next rainfall. I had to do that on the top of the moulding of my windshield.
