When we used our coach during the Winter, at below zero temps, we put a thermostatically controlled 150 watt bulb in the wet compartment with the water pump. The thermostat would turn the light on when the temperatures approached freezing and turn off when it got warmer.
Naturally this won't work if you do not have power where your coach is stored.
