These comes in different temperature zones. Just plug a 100WATT lamp into the unit placed insode the cabinet where the water pump is located and it will come on when the temp gets low and then turn off the when the temp gets higher...

I have a couple of these and they get used alot during the winter months
ADDED NOTE: I use this for an OIL FILLED Electric Heater sitting just inside my entrance door in my OFF-ROAD POPUP when it is sitting at home - ALways warm inside during the winter months when stored..
