X2 on most advice above. You'll find the problem sooner or later.
Being you can shoot water across the street it sounds more like a volume problem to me, probably because of some type of partial blockage. Finding the blockage is the problem now.
Stopping in at our 1 man RV shop many moons ago, he told me of a weird one that I've thought about reading your post.
Our RV guy, after putting in a new pump, checking valves, etc... He found out that the water from fresh water tank to the water pump was not keeping up fast enough. So in the beginning it looked so obvious that the pump or valve was bad.
(I think I remember his story because of the way he found the problem)He told me he didn't have to remove any hoses to find the problem because the water hoses were the newer sort of translucent colored plastic and with a bright light could see a shadow of the water inside the line because it casted a shadow. When he turned on pump, it sucked the water line dry, then water line slowly filled up again. So the problem was really the incoming water line volume did not keep up with the pump.
Long story short it tuned out the customers kids or somebody tossed something in the water fill hole that plugged up the water line exit hole to water pump.
As far as clearing water lines, be careful and not to much air pressure. I don't go over 35 psi when winterizing. Some people put much more than 35 psi, but my limit is 35.
But if you could see that the water is not keeping up with the pump by casting a shadow on the water line with a light your problem is 1/2 way solved.
Why put any pressure to it? Might just lodge something more.
(More interesting was his way of getting the junk out of water tank.)
OK just my 2 cents, hope it helps, especially if you have the newer water lines. - mhsteveExploreras in correct way up ? yes i have it correct to the flow . my problem is in all faucets ............. is there a safe way to clear the feed line ? .......... steve

- backhoemikeExplorersame thing happened to me recently , i discovered i left the valve open on the freshwater fill and didnt put enough water in my fresh water tank, my gage doesnt work and you have to get a light to see the tank in behind , once i got more than 2 inches in the tank and closed the valve on the water fill mine works fine with pressure and shuts off. My MH is a Newmar london aire... hope this helps
- mhsteveExploreri found the pressure adjustment on the pump . thanks for the info on that . gonna check it & other suggestions tomorrow ..... thanks all ........ steve
bound to fix it eventually - mhsteveExplorerthanks . i will check more as you said tomorrow . it has to be something simple . i get lots of water out of the water heater . thanks ... steve
- xctravelerExplorerI did not see you mention that you had checked the strainer on the pump. You might disconnect the output pipe from the pump and see if the pump has good flow without the system (connect a short hose to flow the output onto the ground). Once you have verified good flow from the pump, make sure you shower head valves are open and the faucets are closed.
Check that your water heater tank is full! If the tank is empty that could cause a short term issue until it fills. I'm about out of diagnostic ideas if the pump is working. All my other ideas would result in water spilling from a cabinet or out on the ground which you surely would have noticed by now. - mhsteveExplorerif there were a restriction , is there a common place it happens to ? how much air pressure can i use to clear the lines , or water pressure a better idea ? ...... thanks .. steve
