We have a 2013 Phaeton Motor Home, do Motor homes now come with build in water Regulaters?

No, your Phaeton does not have a pressure regulator. I suggest you purchase a Watts regulator which you can purchase at the RVWater Filter Store of, if you don't miind doing a little plumbing, Home Depot or Lowes.
