Waxing MH - Avoid decals?
I have never waxed my MH. Usually use Turtle wax, wash and wax combo in the bottle. But this year I am going to do a real wax job with an orbital. Should I avoid the vinyl decals or wax them too?

- My owners manual says not to wax the decals because they can be damaged by the petroleum products used in most wax. I don't wax mine but when some wax does get on them and I just buff it off .
- be cafeful with a machine, you can burn off paint & decals!
- I use Nufinish and have always done the decals with no issues
- Check with the wax manufacturer. Most say to not wax over decals. I use McGuire's and they to not wax over any decals. Lot of people on here do so its your call.
- Why would you avoid the decals. They need the wax protection as well. Been waxing my decals for the last 12 years. You may want to hand wax the decals IF they are loose around the edges
