We should all use this approach to buying a used RV - a quick inspection with the seller looking over our shoulder doesn't always work. You did the right thing by taking the RV overnight to give a thorough inspection without the seller breathing down your neck. Water damage is a deal breaker!
Even the most honest and diligent RV owner won't disclose everything he knows is wrong with his RV. Just a fact of life.
Factor this in when buying a used RV. Upon purchase, have the chasis and RV thoroughly serviced and brought up to "code".
