IMHO, the seller acted in good faith with the OP by letting him 'use' the coach BEFORE paying for it. This tells me the seller was satisfied about the condition of the rig. Had he thought it might be a deal breaker, he would have kept the coach until it was paid for then let the OP try to unravel it. He did not do that, so I would have to side with the seller on this one absent any further information......Dennis
How can you say it appears there was no intent on the sellers side to cover up? That sounds exactly like what the seller did. And maybe the reason he let the OP take the coach is because he had a sucker on the hook and he wanted to get rid of this water damaged coach before the OP could back out of the deal.
