You guys are all over the place about "word" and "honor" and "contract".
But the facts here are simply fraud. The furring strips, etc issue is irrelevant. The seller tried to sell a rig that he did not own, and which had a salvage title. Neither of these two facts were revealed.
No sympathy from me if the seller is "upset". Crook. Plain and simple.
