but when is the title even available for review? if a lien, some states retain it until released by the lien holder. I think that not disclosing that it is a salvage unit is fraud. and since the seller did not operate in conformance of the regulations on salvaged units, the "oral" agreement was not in effect. keep defending a scam artist if you so desire. :s

Pardon? Pointing out that there may be an oral agreement when it delivered is very long ways from "defending a scam artist," which was NOT my intent.
The fraud was not uncovered until later and at that time any agreements, if they existed, would be void.
Huh? The fraud was uncovered later and the OP did void the verbal agreement???
