That what trim is used for, to cover up joints and the like. Maybe the owner (or a previous owner) did have a leak, but repaired it. I don't think anyone makes disclosures about every repair they make on things they sell. If your washing machine hose at home leaked, and you had to pull up some tiles, replace a section of floor board and then put new tiles down, are you going to disclose that? Do you disclose that you replaced the bumper on a car you are selling? It could have been a minor repair, not worthy of disclosing, and someone just did a very poor job of putting it back together.
THAT IS NOT A REPAIR! That is a cover up and it's fraud!
