There is no such thing as a "72 hour" deal. The ONLY time this comes into affect is AWAY from the business sale. IF the business sells his product away from his regular land based business, then the 72 hour walk away is afforded to the buyer. This is a BUSINESS law, not a private sale law. There are some narrow exceptions to this for away from business sales. You purchase an RV at the business address you are stuck once you close. Purchase and sign and complete the deal away from the dealership (RV show or the salesman comes to your location), then most states give you the 72 hour walk away time. 99% of sales are always final once completed, there is no extra grace time to think and cancel.
