That smashed in storage bay door would bother me. Hopefully they replace the cracked front windshield. Not a fan of awnings that do not roll up into protective metal covers.

Get better feedback with model, mileage, condition, price-point, etc......

Age of tires, do all systems work, any signs of water leakage, maintenance records of the unit, how was it stored, roof condition, wall conditions, storage areas, engine condition, does generator work & has been maintained & exercised, batteries to support all the systems (age, use, etc.), how does it drive?

Need to have an experienced RV'er/maybe mobile tech check it out.

If you are going on a SALES person, saying it's sound, good chance you may be buying into a lot of issues.
