We use the Verizon MIFI and I purchased a Wilson 2B5125 with external antenna. If we have the least bit of a signal on our phone the Wilson will boost it to where we can get decent wifi. The MIFI sets in the cradle of the Wilson. If we have good signal we do not use the Wilson. Wasn't cheap but has worked for us real well. We do not use our cell phones for internet only the MIFI.
