The problem with most campground WIFIs is not signal strength. It is bandwidth plain and simple. Too many people sucking on the same fixed size straw. We fought this issue for years. Last year we bought a Netgear hotspot through our AT&T cell service. If you have a cell signal you have Internet. It runs great, but it does require a data plan. Ours is 8GB and between the two of us, we can eat that up in three weeks when snowbirding. We happily pay the overage rather than trying to feed at the trough with several hundred other campers.
