My last line didn't make sense to me either when I reread it. My reason for not calling is not 'time". I've contacted several other manufacturers when issues arise. Some are fantastic and do the right thing. They have a reputation as doing so. Weber for instance. However, due to the overwhelming negative reputation of Weather Tech customer service, I don't want to put myself through the frustration. Chances are it would be much like calling the phone or cable company...an hour on the phone and dealing with stupidity the whole time.
It's not my job to "let them know", as many, many others have already done so. I'll speak here, I get more satisfaction giving others opinion to measure with.
