Weldex back up camera

Does the screen turn blue and then black? If so the monitor is overheating. I have three that did that. To check, remove the camera and plug it into the monitor where the cable from the camera plugs in that will eliminate the cable. Weldex monitors are noted for over heating. The longest mine have lasted is about 2 years until the last one, and I installed a small 12 volt muffin fan at the bottom back side of the monitor. The added ventilation has eliminated all problems.
