The very first thing a technician is going to do before performing a front end alignment is to check for worn parts. Most alignments have some sort of warranty and the only way that a front end can be aligned is with all parts being tight. Any shop that now finds worn parts after the fact are not in the mechanical field to perform proper repairs. Find someone that is a certified mechanic, or has certified mechanics in their shop. My 2 cents worth!!
