What about alignments?

Are you guys doing anything special about finding a shop to do wheel alignments?

I'm thinking I should probably look for a shop with a lot of F350 pickups out front. :)

If I'm going to put new shoes on the thing, I'll it aligned.

I asked my dealer, they didn't do them but recommended a Ford Truck dealer, I then called an RV Service Center, they recommended the same place, so that's where it went, like others said, Not cheap, but well worth it, as mine was way off.
  • When my Kodiak needed an alignment a few years ago. I called local GM Medium Duty dealer. They did not do alignments on C5500's. Sent me to Fleet Pride. Did a great job.
  • I just googled 'truck repair shop' or something similar, and picked the highest rated one within half an hour drive. I knew I had the right place when I drove by and there were two ambulances, a fire truck, various delivery trucks, and a newer class A sitting in the lot.

Not cheap, but they did good work.
  • When faced with same problem I stopped at places that I knew I would not fit into because of height. I asked people in the "business" where they would take theirs to. After getting a couple answers the same I went to places they recommended.

Hope your is simple alignment, I needed a bunch of work and its not cheap and I don't know how to do front end stuff, so had to pay.
  • Some tire dealers will include a tee alignment.
Best One Tire did for my toad.
Shop a truck shop for everything.
